Rapid Deployment

From Crew Call to Cleared Roster

Built for the timelines of wildfire REMS orders, disaster response, and remote industrial call-outs — where a contractor who can't field a medical unit on time loses the order. No résumés, no phone trees, no re-checking licenses at the staging area.

  1. 01

    Filtered broadcast

The contractor enters the brief once — incident, role, ALS or BLS, required credentials, staging location, report time, duration, daily rate. The platform texts only providers whose verified level and training match.

  2. 02

    Live availability

Providers flip an Available for Deployment toggle on their account. Nobody on shift at their primary agency, or already on another incident, gets the call.

  3. 03

    One-tap commitment

The text carries a unique link. Tapping Accept fills a seat on the roster and authorizes the platform to route that provider's verified credentials to the contractor. When the last seat fills, the call closes itself.

  4. 04

    Compliance manifest

Every accepted provider's state license or NREMT card, wilderness upgrade, BLS card, and board certifications are compiled into one downloadable packet — the documentation an incident management team needs to clear the unit for the line.

For contractors & agencies

Pay for speed and certainty, not job ads.

Every provider on this board passed a human credential review against the issuing registry before they could be contacted, and their profile is hidden automatically the day any credential expires. A crew call reaches only verified, available, correctly-certified people — so the roster you build is one you can hand to the IMT without re-vetting.

Create a Contractor Account

Contractors are vetted too — medical direction, SAM.gov/CAGE status, insurance, and MEDEVAC SOP — before their first broadcast. Verification standards.

For medics & rescue technicians

Verify once. Get called when it counts.

Upload your license, wilderness upgrade, BLS card, and board certs one time. Build a structured clinical profile instead of a résumé — level, specialized training, operational environments. Then decide when you're deployable: crew calls with the staging location, report time, duration, and rate up front, and one tap to commit.

Professional Marketplace

Training, protocols, gear, and coverage — with member pricing.

Verified providers get member-only codes on CME that counts toward recertification, reviewed SOP and protocol templates, technical gear, and deployment liability and evacuation insurance that actually covers disaster zones.

About 3-W

The Network Behind the Board

Worldwide Wilderness (3-W) grew out of the Dynamic Frontier Solutions Network's work coordinating medical surveillance and logistical continuity across austere terrain — technical cave systems, alpine environments, and the high jungle of Peru. This job board channels that same network of operators and clinicians into one place to find each other.

Continuity

Operational Continuity

Synchronization of clinical protocols between urban centers and remote field locations.

Logistics

Logistical Integration

Management of technical equipment and medical supply chains in regions with limited infrastructure.

Intelligence

Field Intelligence

Real-time assessment of environmental risks at high elevation to inform medical response.

Status:
Ready for DutyTM

By maintaining specialized capabilities in technical rope rescue and caving medicine, the network behind Worldwide Wilderness ensures the clinicians on this board are prepared for execution where traditional emergency services are unavailable.
