Acceptance of these terms is required as a condition of doing business with Dragonfly Servers.
Your login account is for your personal use only. You must
not give your password to any other person, and you
should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it
is not discovered by other people.
Dragonfly Servers will never ask you for your password
through electronic sources,
i.e. email, instant messenger.
If you decide to cancel your account, you must notify
Dragonfly Servers and receive a confirmation e-mail
before your account can be closed. Set up fees are not
refundable. Transferring your domain name to another
provider does constitute canceling your Dragonfly
Servers hosting account.
Commercial use of web and ftp space is permitted.
You will be responsible for the content of your pages,
including obtaining the legal permission for any works
they include and ensuring that the contents of these
pages do not violate US law.
Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be
backed up. You should always keep a copy of your
site on a storage device other than at Dragonfly
Servers.
You will be held responsible for and accept
responsibility for any defamatory, confidential,
secret or other proprietary material available via
your page(s).
We require that our agreements be made with a person
who is qualified to contract. As such, subscriber must
be over the age of eighteen (18) years. Otherwise, a
parent or guardian must accept this agreement and
enclose the proper payment. Dragonfly Servers cannot
accept payments from persons who are not at least
eighteen (18) years of age, nor can we accept
agreements from persons who are not at least eighteen
(18) years of age.
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages
caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal
of services.
We reserve the right to remove material deemed
inappropriate from your web pages, without prior
notice. Dragonfly Servers does not allow adult/warez
web sites on our servers.
When your account is closed, all files or data
(including web pages, databases, unread email.) will
be deleted.
Any arrangements for data storage transferred onto a
portable storage device must be contracted separately
prior to cancellation of hosting account.
We reserve the right to cancel your account at any
time without notice.
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms
and Conditions at any time without notice, it is your
responsibility to periodically check this page for
updates.
System Updates and Messages are distributed through
E-mail. Periodically download your E-mail using your
primary account username and password to see these
messages.
To protect your privacy we never distribute your name,
e-mail address or URL to any third parties.
Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited
bulk e-mailing or spam. Any user found sending bulk
e-mail is suspect to immediate removal from shared
hosting with Dragonfly Servers. E-mail addressed
to 49 recipients or more will be fined $200 per
message.
Trademarked names appear throughout this
website. To make the website look more friendly to the
end user, many trademarks are left unpublished. The
trademarks that are published where asked by the owner
to be published. The publisher states that the use of
these names are for positive promotional purposes only
and are to benefit the trademark owner, with no
intention of infringing on that trademark.
Dragonfly Servers and all symbols and text with
Dragonfly Servers belong to Dragonfly Servers and
cannot be reproduced or used with out permission from
Dragonfly Servers.

BANDWIDTH
Bandwidth is allocated per month.
If your bandwidth reaches the points where it has an
adverse affect on other clients we reserve the right
to disable your site until you can reduce your
bandwidth usage.
Each virtual server includes a nominated amount of
bandwidth, if you use more than this amount then you
agree to pay for this bandwidth at a rate of 4¢
(four cents) per 1 MB of usage.
By logging into your account, or uploading files
to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
